Responsibilities

  • Lead recruitment for both clinical and non-clinical roles, ensuring a smooth hiring process.
  • Manage candidate screening, oversee job postings, and conduct interviews.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding for all new hires, including benefits induction and integration into our systems.
  • Function as a bridge between staff and leadership to resolve conflicts and manage employee relations.
  • Conduct regular employee satisfaction surveys and implement engagement initiatives.
  • Recognize and celebrate employee milestones and contribute to a positive working environment.
  • Administer payroll operations through ADP, ensuring accuracy in timesheet management.
  • Handle benefits administration, including enrollments in medical, life insurance, HSA, and 401k plans.
  • Manage disability and unemployment claims, as well as track paid time off and leave requests.
  • Maintain up-to-date personnel records, including certifications and continuing education compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, benefits legislation, and organizational policies.
  • Lead annual trainings focused on safety and preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.
