Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for all patients and ensure exceptional customer service.
• Answer incoming calls, receive messages, and route calls accordingly.
• Schedule appointments accurately to reflect the endodontist's schedule.
• Provide dental insurance verification and process insurance claims.
• Effectively collect patient co-pays.
• Promote marketing efforts by building positive relationships with new and existing referral partners.
• Follow up with patients to improve satisfaction.
• Provide client support and handle communications effectively.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge about practice services offered.
• Assist in social media building duties as assigned.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3+ years in an office support role, preferably in dental or medical settings.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Knowledge of dental terminology is a plus.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
