Requirements

• Dental administrative experience is required.
• Intermediate or higher understanding of dental insurance, EOBs, and CDT codes.
• Experience with Eaglesoft, Dentrix, or Open Dental is necessary.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills are essential.
• Willingness to engage in continuing education and skill development.
