About the position

The Dental Provider Contract Recruiter at DentaQuest is responsible for managing network contracting and reimbursement processes to ensure an efficient network that meets cost and quality requirements. This role involves building long-term relationships with provider offices and clients, negotiating provider contracts, and overseeing credentialing for various dental products. The recruiter will work closely with decision-makers in provider entities to enhance access to care and improve provider satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of network contracting and reimbursement to ensure efficiency.
  • Build long-term relationships with provider offices and clients.
  • Negotiate provider contracts and reimbursement structures.
  • Research competition in the market and make recommendations.
  • Create and lead presentations to dental advisory groups and stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate reporting on provider status.
  • Provide leadership and education to provider offices on credentialing processes.
  • Resolve escalated issues to ensure provider satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Experience in provider contracting and negotiation.
  • Strong understanding of Medicaid, Medicare Advantage, and commercial dental products.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in managing complex financial models.
