This position is primarily virtual, with the opportunity to provide hands-on training at dental offices nationwide. You must be based in Arizona and ready to travel across the country 1-2 times per quarter. If travel energizes you and you can pack light, this role is perfect for you!

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum development for dental practices.
• Spearhead special projects to enhance company offerings.
• Provide hands-on training at dental offices nationwide.
• Conduct productive team meetings and one-on-ones.
• Coach dentists to be leaders within their practices.
• Drive significant growth in dental practices through effective strategies.
• Manage billing, AR reports, and resolve claims efficiently.
• Inspire and implement change within dental practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience in various dental roles such as office manager, biller, treatment coordinator, and scheduler.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and leading teams.
• Experience in driving KPIs and coaching team members.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills for virtual training.
• Ability to uplift team spirits and boost treatment acceptance rates.
