There are still lots of open positions. Let's find the one that's right for you.
At Aligner Experts, our mission is to empower smiles and transform lives. We provide access to highly customizable treatment options backed by the most advanced technology and industry-leading specialists. Our patients may take advantage of comprehensive aligner treatment to treat misaligned teeth or an uneven bite. They may also choose to make improvements in specific areas of their smile with our Touch Up or Refresh aligner treatments. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the efficient and profitable daily operation of our retail store that specializes in clear aligner products. You will ensure exceptional customer service, manage inventory, and meet sales targets. Your duties will include welcoming patients effectively to encourage discussion regarding starting aligner therapy, conducting patient smile assessments, and taking full records including digital scans, simulations, X-rays, and photographs. You will educate patients on the health risks of not receiving proper treatment and maintain a high patient conversion rate while meeting monthly office production and sales goals. Additionally, you will provide financial information, facilitate payment for products and services, and secure a financial commitment from the patient. Follow-up phone and video calls on previous patients will be part of your responsibilities, along with performing insurance verification and explaining benefits to patients. You will manage the daily schedule and the dental monitoring portal, and handle administrative tasks such as patient check-in and check-out, collecting PHI, patient registration, patient account management, and end-of-day account reconciliation. Managing multi-line phone systems for incoming, outgoing calls, and voicemails, overseeing the cleanliness and maintenance of the office, and administering company policies and procedures including regulatory requirements will also be essential. You will support the doctor before and during consultations, ensuring that patients are offered the treatment options most beneficial to their goals, handle patient complaints, and provide feedback to Providers/Assistants on issues related to clinical matters. Completing a quarterly operations checklist and maintaining facilities, equipment, and supplies in accordance with hygiene, safety, and OSHA standards will round out your duties.
