The Treatment Plan Coordinator is responsible for managing patient treatment plans and coordinating with dental insurance providers in a private dental office setting. Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate patient treatment plans
- Assist patients with understanding their insurance benefits
- Schedule appointments and follow up with patients
- Maintain accurate patient records in Dentrix software
- Work collaboratively with the dental team to ensure quality patient care
Requirements
- 3 years of experience as a treatment coordinator
- 2 years of experience using Dentrix software
- 1 year of experience with insurance access
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
Nice-to-haves
- Bilingual in Spanish (preferred)
