The Dental Treatment Coordinator at Hayes Cosmetic and Family Dentistry plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless patient experience. Responsibilities
- Educate, consult and present patient treatment plans.
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
- Verify insurance for all clinical appointments.
- Enter information on dental software in patient accounts.
- Ensure and review entire patient account for complete and accurate information.
- Collect all monies due for services rendered.
- Develop and maintain doctor/hygiene schedules as necessary.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to increase and stimulate new patient growth.
- Greet and check patients in and out, before and after treatment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- A minimum of two years of front office experience preferably in a dental setting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of dental software strongly preferred.
