  • Educate patients and their families on pre-operative and post-operative care instructions.
  • Participate in continuing education and professional development opportunities to stay abreast of advancements in dental anesthesia techniques and practices.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment by actively engaging with colleagues and participating in team meetings and trainings.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and safety guidelines related to anesthesia administration and dental procedures.

Requirements

  • Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution.
  • Dental Anesthesia Specialty Certificate, demonstrating specialized training and expertise in dental anesthesia.
  • State licensure and certification to practice as a Dentist Anesthesiologist.
  • Strong clinical skills and proficiency in administering anesthesia in a dental setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Commitment to providing compassionate care and ensuring the safety and comfort of patients undergoing dental procedures.
