About the position

Dentserv Dental Services is seeking part-time dentists to join their growing multi-location dental practice in Glens Falls, New York. The role offers flexible scheduling with no weekends or evenings, allowing for a customizable work/life balance. Dentists will focus on providing high-quality dental care while the practice management responsibilities are handled by the support staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform general dentistry services including examinations, treatment planning, x-rays, oral prophylaxis, scaling, fabrication and repair of dentures, restorations, oral hygiene instruction, and extractions within the limits of general practice.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain aseptic techniques in the dental office.
• Maintain proper EMR documentation of treatments for all patients.
• Supervise the attending dental team.
• Develop treatment plans and discuss them with patients to ensure understanding and consent.

Requirements

• DMD/DDS dental degree from an accredited program.
• Current and unrestricted NYS license in good standing.
• Strong chairside manner and great communication skills.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with the dental clinic team.
• Ability to work for a minimum of 1-4 weekdays per month.
