About the position

As a Department Manager at NIKE, Inc., you will play a crucial role in leading and inspiring a team to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store growth. Responsibilities

  • Leading a team to ensure all store functions run seamlessly.
  • Attracting, assessing, and onboarding new team members.
  • Equipping store employees with the necessary tools for success.
  • Managing store performance metrics, including budgeting and customer service.
  • Overseeing the product life cycle from stockroom to visual merchandising.

Requirements

  • Three years of customer-facing retail or hospitality experience.
  • One year of leadership experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit and lead high-performing teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and retail business systems.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as bending, squatting, and standing for extended periods.
