About the position

The Department Manager for Retail Fast Fashion is responsible for overseeing store operations, managing sales plans, and ensuring effective commodity management. This role involves collaborating with store partners to enhance sales performance, managing inventory, and developing staff to ensure a high level of customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Cooperate with store partners to implement sales plans and analyze performance for improvements.
• Assist in the normal operation of the store.
• Manage store inventory, including commodity transfers and displays of new products.
• Analyze sales data and develop plans for slow-moving commodities.
• Provide regular feedback on purchase, sale, and stock levels to store partners.
• Teach and develop sales assistants to ensure they can independently manage daily operations.
• Assist in the development planning of subordinate sales assistants and manage store scheduling.

Requirements

• College degree or above.
• At least 3 years of experience in apparel retail as a Department Manager.
• Understanding of commodity management, display management, and personnel management in retail stores.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 5 years of experience in apparel retail sales.
