About the position
Department Supervisors are responsible for leading, training, coaching, and developing associates in various store departments to ensure excellent customer service and product accessibility. They play a crucial role in operational and merchandising decisions, leveraging their strong product and operational knowledge to support the Store Management and Operations Teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead and train associates in each department to provide excellent customer service.
- Coach and develop team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions for the store.
- Ensure that customers can easily find the merchandise they need.
- Maintain strong product knowledge across various store departments.
Requirements
- Strong leadership and coaching skills.

- Ability to work collaboratively with management and team members.
