About the position

Department Supervisors are responsible for leading, training, coaching, and developing associates in various store departments to ensure excellent customer service and product accessibility. They play a crucial role in operational and merchandising decisions, leveraging their strong product and operational knowledge to support the Store Management and Operations Teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, coach, and develop associates in each department.
• Ensure customers receive excellent service and can easily find merchandise.
• Provide input into operational and merchandising decisions for the Store Management Team and Operations Team.
• Maintain strong product and operational knowledge across various store departments.
