About the position

Help build a dynamic, creative marketing team that amplifies our mission. We’re looking for a Departmental HR Partner to serve as the main point of HR contact for our Marketing team. If you’re passionate about people, communication, and supporting volunteers in a purpose-driven environment, this is a great fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Represent HR in bi-weekly marketing meetings (Fridays at 1:00 PM ET)
  • Help identify and relay HR needs such as recruitment, onboarding, or team support
  • Collaborate with the central HR team to fill open roles and track hiring needs
  • Support a positive, creative, and collaborative team environment
  • Coordinate with the HR Coordinator to assist with onboarding and communications

Requirements

  • Some HR experience or interest in learning (students and career changers welcome!)
  • Strong communication and note-taking skills
  • Comfortable joining department meetings and voicing HR-related needs
  • Collaborative and responsive, especially in a remote setting
  • Passionate about nonprofit work and creative, marketing-driven teams
