About The Position

The Deployment Operations Manager at Insight is responsible for senior-level project management of large and complex projects within the Fulfillment Center. This role involves managing multiple high-visibility projects, ensuring successful completion within scope, schedule, and budget while acting as a liaison between various internal teams and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of two (2) years of project management curriculum.
• Minimum of six (6) years of project management experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent organization, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Project.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously in various phases of the Project Lifecycle.
• Communicate and execute opportunities to improve PMO and project management processes and tools in alignment with PMI standards.
• Act as chief liaison between internal warehouse, lab, inventory, and sales teams to align on processes and procedures.
• Ensure expectations are aligned between all stakeholders including the client.
• Demonstrate and model key organizational behaviors of customer service, teamwork, documentation and organization, collaboration, and excellence.
