About the position

At IONNA, we are at the forefront of revolutionizing the electric vehicle (EV) charging landscape in North America. As a Deployment Project Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our Deployment Team, managing system controls from the planning phase through to the opening of our high-powered charging stations. This position is essential in ensuring that our ambitious mission of deploying a minimum of 30,000 chargers is met with efficiency and precision. You will be responsible for optimizing processes that facilitate team growth across various cross-functional programs, working closely with Deployment Managers, Estimators, Engineers, Design Build Vendors, and Procurement Managers. Your daily responsibilities will include monitoring project schedules, updating Procore systems, and managing Long Lead Items and Purchase Orders. You will be the owner of operations milestones for critical system controls, ensuring that all data in our internal systems is accurate and reflects the current status of projects. This detail-oriented role requires you to educate the Deployment team on processes and rectify any errors that may arise, serving as a business partner for internal cross-functional teams. Your contributions will be vital in driving continuous efficiency improvements within our internal systems, ultimately supporting our goal of making EV charging reliable, accessible, and convenient for all. Responsibilities

  • Manage system controls from planning through to project opening.
  • Monitor project schedules and report on progress.
  • Update Procore systems with relevant project information.
  • Manage Long Lead Items and Purchase Orders effectively.
  • Ensure data accuracy in internal systems for project management post-site opening.
  • Educate the Deployment team on processes and rectify errors as needed.
  • Serve as a business partner for internal cross-functional teams.
  • Drive continuous efficiency improvements within internal systems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
  • Experience coordinating in fast-paced environments and teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with a focus on efficiency and priority.
  • Superb communication skills.
  • Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively solve them.
  • Highly energetic personality with a flexible attitude towards critical tasks.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Previous experience in real estate development is preferred but not required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
