About the position

The position involves providing support to banking customers and clients through phone and virtual chat solutions. The role focuses on account maintenance, ensuring compliance with governmental regulations, and performing quality control on accounts. The candidate will communicate with clients and resolve account-related issues while working in a collaborative and dynamic team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Reviews, analyzes, and interprets correspondence related to account maintenance.
  • Ensures compliance of incoming/outgoing documents with governmental regulations by reviewing complex legal documents.
  • Performs quality control on new and existing accounts to verify data input and document accuracy.
  • Communicates professionally with clients and third parties through multiple channels (phone, email, workflow tools).
  • Researches and resolves internal and externally submitted account questions and problems.
  • Processes high-risk tasks related to accounts with regulatory or monetary implications.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills that build high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Effective people skills and sensitivities when dealing with others.
