About the position

The Deposit/Loans Operations Analyst I at FIS Global is responsible for providing support to banking customers and clients through various communication channels. This role involves reviewing and analyzing account maintenance correspondence, ensuring compliance with regulations, and performing quality control on accounts. The analyst will also handle high-risk tasks and resolve account-related inquiries, contributing to an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities

• Reviews, analyzes, and interprets correspondence related to account maintenance.
• Ensures compliance of incoming/outgoing documents with governmental regulations by reviewing complex legal documents.
• Performs quality control on new and existing accounts to verify data input and document accuracy.
• Communicates professionally with clients and third parties through phone, email, and workflow tools.
• Researches and resolves account questions and problems submitted internally and externally.
• Processes high-risk tasks including maintenance on accounts with regulatory or monetary implications.
