About The Position

The Deposit Operations Specialist I is responsible for reviewing documentation for completeness and accuracy for new and existing deposit accounts. This role involves ensuring that all necessary documentation is properly processed and communicated to the relevant branches.

Requirements

• Outstanding communication skills
• Close attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills
• Detail-oriented and able to follow set guidelines
• Must be a self-starter and excel at time management
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment while providing accurate information
• Knowledge of NetTrax recommended
• Travel to Tupelo MS for training is required

Responsibilities

• Review documentation for completeness and accuracy for new and existing deposit accounts via electronic queues
• Accurately and concisely communicate with the branches on issues if a document has errors
• Accurately and concisely update tracking system to correspond with forms
• Perform maintenance when needed to correspond with form
• Review reports to assure documentation and procedures are within guidelines
• Provide support for other areas of the department as necessary
• Other duties as assigned
