C&N Bank is seeking a qualified Deposit Operations Specialist I to join our team in Wellsboro, Pennsylvania. This position is crucial for ensuring the efficient processing of daily deposit operations tasks, which include managing digital banking, Automated Clearing House (ACH) transactions, and various banking products. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, capable of handling multiple responsibilities while providing exceptional service to our customers and supporting our employees. As a Deposit Operations Specialist I, you will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing ACH files, providing support for consumer and business digital banking products, and addressing customer inquiries related to ACH origination and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC). Additionally, you will perform daily duties related to the overdraft privilege program, BankCard program, and wire processing, while also monitoring IRA and CD products for accuracy. This role requires meeting the minimum expectations for all Deposit Operations employees and contributing to the overall success of C&N Bank. Responsibilities

• Processing incoming and outgoing Automated Clearing House (ACH) files, including originator files to FRB and individual files to the bank's CORE system.
• Providing support for all consumer and business digital banking products.
• Answering customer Automated Clearing House (ACH) origination and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC) questions.
• Performing daily duties related to the overdraft privilege program, BankCard program, and/or wire processing.
• Monitoring IRA and CD products for accuracy and executing daily, monthly, and annual duties in regard to these products.
• Meeting the minimum requirements and expectations for all Deposit Operations employees.

Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
• 1-2 years of previous related experience and/or training OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Demonstrated abilities in being detail-oriented, strong communication, multitasking, and active listening.
