About the position

The CIBC Summer Internship Program is designed to provide students with valuable work experience that complements their academic training and career aspirations. Interns will engage with executive leadership, network with peers, and participate in community outreach while gaining hands-on experience in the Deposit Operations area. The program emphasizes mentorship, training, and leadership support to ensure a meaningful and impactful summer experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the daily activities within the Deposit Operations area
• Assist with key initiatives within the business unit
• Learn and contribute to daily processing
• Participate in team meetings, huddles, and other project-related items as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum 3.0 GPA
• Pursuing a bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date between December 2024 and June 2025
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
• Authorized to work in the U.S.
