About the position

The Deposit Products Business Intelligence and Measurement Analyst plays a crucial role in the Deposit Products Department by gathering, interpreting, and analyzing large datasets to produce actionable insights. This position focuses on delivering high-quality information to support various initiatives, including Business Intelligence, Performance Improvement Activities, and Portfolio Budgeting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a strong understanding of how it intersects with business strategy.

Responsibilities

• Gather, interpret, and analyze large amounts of data to produce actionable outcomes.
• Utilize knowledge of multiple data structures and sources to support decision-support solutions.
• Prepare summaries that clearly communicate analysis outcomes to business partners.
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data.
• Support the evaluation of new products and services and their implementation.
• Evaluate current processes to identify opportunities for improving efficiency and quality outputs.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience in financial analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, or related field.
• Technical expertise in data mining, data analysis, segmentation, and reporting & analytics.
• Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical packages (Excel, SQL, SAS, R, Python, SPSS, etc.).
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Adept at queries, report writing, and presenting findings.
• Self-starter with a passion for learning and growth.
• Excellent listening and negotiation skills.
• Highly motivated with the ability to work effectively with business users and management.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a rapidly changing environment.
