About the position

The Deputy Athletics Director and Chief Revenue Officer at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock will provide strategic vision and leadership for the Division I athletics program. This role focuses on revenue generation, strategic planning, fundraising, community engagement, and oversight of sports programs, aiming to advance the department's goals and enhance its profile in collegiate athletics.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic vision and leadership for the Division I athletics program.
  • Drive revenue generation through fundraising, ticket sales, and sponsorship efforts.
  • Oversee the Development department and engage with a motivated donor base.
  • Manage the newly formed outbound ticket sales division and sponsorship partnerships.
  • Play a key role in Name, Image & Likeness (NIL) initiatives.
  • Supervise two Associate ADs for Development.
  • Oversee multiple sports, including the Women's Basketball program.
  • Represent the athletics program at campus and community events.
  • Set expectations and priorities for the athletics program.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Management, Sports Management or related field.
  • A minimum of five years' experience in fundraising, marketing, sales or related field, preferably in a collegiate or professional athletics setting.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's Degree preferred.
