About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain partnerships with city agencies and external organizations.
  • Oversee hiring processes, employee performance management, and compliance with HR policies.
  • Develop strategies to prevent maintenance failures and prioritize maintenance work across the campus.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance with safety and operational standards.

Requirements

  • Possession of a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Five years of verifiable managerial experience in operations management, including supervising professionals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Master's degree with financial and/or public health administration coursework.
  • Three years of experience managing large budgets.
  • Experience in healthcare operations management.
  • Experience working with city, state, or federal government systems.

Benefits

  • Competitive salary range of $200,460.00 - $255,762.00 annually.
