About the position

The position involves leading the full spectrum of recruiting, candidate selection, and onboarding activities within a large organization. The role requires collaboration with various stakeholders to forecast recruitment needs and ensure timely hiring. The recruiter will also focus on industry trends, market intelligence, and developing a strong talent pipeline to attract top-tier candidates, all while adhering to company policies and promoting diversity and inclusion in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct full spectrum of recruiting, candidate selection, and onboarding activities.
  • Partner with business, HR partners, finance, and analytics teams to build recruitment forecasts and initiate hiring activities.
  • Stay relevant to industry trends and build market intelligence on key skills and capabilities.
  • Engage in business conversations regarding growth strategy.
  • Source and attract top-tier candidates, developing a solid talent pipeline.
  • Utilize data-driven decision-making skills to analyze recruitment metrics and optimize processes.
  • Comply with company policies and directives regarding employment contracts and work arrangements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Postgraduate degree in any stream.
  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition in India, specifically in Operations, Technology, or Consulting.
  • Experience in end-to-end operations hiring and bulk non-tech hiring.
  • Proven ability to understand the competitive landscape and market trends.
  • Ability to source candidates independently and manage high-volume hiring.
  • Strong candidate and stakeholder management skills.
  • Awareness of market trends with a diversity-focused approach.
