BAE Systems is looking for a Deputy Program Manager who will also serve as the O&M Lead to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. As the Deputy PM/O&M Lead, you will support the Program Manager in overseeing and leading a technical program that delivers Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) solution in the cloud, with network, security, and O&M services across multiple classification levels in the environment. The Deputy PM will maintain a symbiotic relationship with their adjacent contracts and operations counterparts while working together to support the contract overall and develop/deliver solutions that ensure the program is performing safely, at the requisite level of quality, on schedule, and on cost. As the O&M Lead, you will work closely with the customer to maintain reliable operation of an integrated digital modeling environment. You will provide remote resolution support for TIER 1/2/3 support of Unix/Windows workstations and servers operating in an AWS cloud, AWS Workspaces, and stored data in support of business processing requirements. You will support a mixed Windows/Linux server environment using Active Directory and PKI based authentication for Windows user workspaces and remote access. Application support includes DOORS Requirements Management, TeamWork Cloud, system modeling software, and Tableau. As a Technical Program Manager, you will: Support contract execution by interacting directly with our team members providing customer support to a dispersed customer base Interface with the customer, maintain and promote positive relationships Deliver contract deliverables, including PMR, BMR, financials and other customer status updates Prepare program execution plans and identify technical and business resource needs Coordinate project activities, deliverables, and action items Understand and adhere to applicable standards and laws, coordinating with various departments for successful program execution As The O&M Lead, you will lead a team of administrators that provide Tier 1-3 System Support and solutioning for contracted tools.
