About the position

The Deputy Program Manager at Mount Indie, LLC is responsible for leading programs in DevSecOps, Cloud, and Cyber within the National Security business unit, specifically supporting the Intel account. This role requires a strategic leader who can ensure operational excellence and effective communication with executive leadership while managing complex federal IT programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex federal IT or IT-related programs as a Deputy Program Manager.
• Oversee large Agile teams and ensure successful project delivery.
• Communicate effectively with executive leadership, providing reporting, forecasting, risk assessments, and managing stakeholder expectations.
• Manage financials and staffing for large IT programs.
• Foster strong interpersonal relationships through coaching, collaboration, and team building.

Requirements

• Active TS//SCI clearance with CI polygraph.
• Minimum of ten (10) years of delivery leadership in complex federal IT or IT-related programs.
• At least two (2) years of experience leading IT projects with large Agile teams.
• Experience in managing financials and staffing of large IT programs.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or Information Technology.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP, CompTIA Project+, ITIL, DAWIA, or Certified Scrum.
