This role involves supporting the Project Manager in managing client relationships, overseeing project financials, and conducting site visits. The focus will be on land development projects, including linear and site energy projects, requiring a strong understanding of site/civil engineering practices and effective communication with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Site/civil development including grading design, roadway design, stormwater management design, and erosion and sediment control design.
• Supporting business development, marketing, and presentations.
• Conducting code research, writing specifications, preparing cost estimates, and obtaining permitting.

Requirements

• BS degree in Civil Engineering.
• PE required.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D and Microsoft Office is required.
• 4-8 years of progressive design experience directly related to site/civil development projects.
• Proven track record of meeting project and client deadlines.
• Ability to work in a timely fashion to meet project budgets.
• Effective communication skills with clients, coworkers, sub consultants, and review agency staff.
• Ability to compose technical reports, memorandums, and other written communications.
• Ability to multi-task and work simultaneously on several projects.
• Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and project requirements.
