About The Position
The Train Performance Manager ensures that train performance fulfills customer and regulatory requirements, in compliance with project QCD objectives. This role functionally reports to the Chief of Development (CoD) and serves as the main focal point to the customer for train performance topics. The manager is accountable for the source requirements synthesis (RBS), the development of train level performance requirements through system architecture, and their allocation to sub-systems. Additionally, the manager supports System Engineers and Sub-Systems Engineers to ensure that Sub-Systems' design converges toward specific targets. Responsibilities also include accountability for Train Reliability, Train Logistic Support Analysis (LSA), Cybersecurity, and Validation and Engineering contributions to Certification & Authorization.
