About the position

Frontier Dermatology is seeking a full-time Board Certified/Board Eligible Dermatologist to join their team in Olympia, WA. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a physician-owned and led practice that combines the benefits of private practice with academic involvement. The role includes a pathway to partnership and the chance to engage in comprehensive dermatological services, including general dermatology, pediatric dermatology, and cosmetic procedures, while also participating in teaching and research activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality dermatological care to patients.
• Engage in clinical research and contribute to academic programs.
• Participate in teaching ACGME-accredited residency and Mohs fellowship programs.
• Collaborate with other providers in monthly Grand Rounds and journal clubs.
• Utilize in-house labs for efficient patient care.

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Dermatology.
• Strong clinical skills and a commitment to patient care.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in Mohs surgery or cosmetic dermatology is a plus.
• Interest in teaching and mentoring residents.
