About the position
Join Daniel Island Dermatology as a Medical Assistant or LPN, where you will support our team in delivering exceptional dermatologic care. Responsibilities
- Conduct patient intake and gather medical histories.
- Assist with dermatologic procedures under the supervision of healthcare professionals.
- Manage and maintain medical records using EHR systems.
- Provide excellent patient service and support throughout their visit.
Requirements
- CPR Certification
- RN License or LPN License
- Experience with EHR systems
- Familiarity with dermatology EMR systems
- Associate's degree in a relevant field
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge of medical terminology
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred
Nice-to-haves
- Experience as a medical assistant (1 year preferred)
- Experience with EMR systems (1 year preferred)
