About the position

The Dermatology Skin Health Professional (DSHP) plays a critical role in driving revenue for Galderma's Consumer Care business unit by promoting the company's consumer skincare portfolio to healthcare providers (HCPs) and their staff. This position involves executing field-based product promotion activities, building relationships with providers, and meeting sales goals within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize and execute field-based product promotion activities to increase patient demand for consumer skincare products.
  • Participate in face-to-face sales calls with healthcare professionals and distribute product samples.
  • Attend company-sponsored meetings, which may occur during evenings or weekends, and travel as necessary.
  • Meet or exceed goals and objectives for designated product portfolio and other key performance indicators.
  • Utilize sales tools and resources to identify trends and execute action plans effectively.
  • Record sales call notes and manage territory activities through the company data reporting system.
  • Manage resources such as budget and samples to engage healthcare professionals effectively.
  • Develop relationships with providers and their staff within the assigned geography.
  • Attend medical meetings and conferences as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university is required.
  • Two years of outside business-to-business sales experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong track record of consistent documented sales success.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to travel overnight as needed is required.
  • Strong business acumen including excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasive skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and add value with every interaction.
  • Proficient with MS Office in a Windows environment and familiar with CRM software.
