About the position

As a Dermatology Sales Representative with OptioRx, you will be instrumental in driving market growth and sales revenue through outside sales activities. This role focuses on negotiating and promoting Dermatology and Wellness sales while ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction. Your expertise in Dermatology sales and proficiency in Salesforce will be key in representing OptioRx professionally.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outside sales activities to expand market reach and increase sales revenue.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to drive sales.
  • Provide excellent customer service to clients.
  • Utilize Dermatology and Wellness sales knowledge to promote OptioRx products effectively.
  • Manage and update Salesforce database with accurate sales information.
  • Collaborate with the Pharmacy team to meet and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven experience in outside sales in the wellness/pharmacy industry.
  • Dermatology experience preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals effectively.
  • Proficiency in sales concepts and tools.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales goals.

Nice-to-haves

  • Book of business preferred.
  • Experience in compounding medications.
