The Applications Engineer at Colder Products Company is a pivotal role that combines new product design engineering with business development responsibilities. In this role, the Applications Engineer will be responsible for defining new custom product requirements, conceptualizing product designs, and managing customer expectations from the initiation of a project through to product delivery. This includes developing costing and pricing strategies for complex projects and partnering with the Sales team to present a compelling value proposition that emphasizes technical solutions. The Applications Engineer will also present CPC's expertise, capabilities, and products to customers and sales channel partners, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. Additionally, the Applications Engineer will lead cross-functional teams to drive activities that are aligned with customer needs, ensuring that all aspects of the project are executed efficiently and effectively. This role is critical in fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring that their needs are met with high-quality, innovative solutions that leverage CPC's capabilities in quick disconnect couplings and connection technologies.
