The Applications Engineer at Colder Products Company is a pivotal role that combines new product design engineering with business development responsibilities. The Applications Engineer will engage directly with customers to identify unique requirements and develop tailored solutions that ensure customer success. In this role, the Applications Engineer will be responsible for defining new custom product requirements, conceptualizing product designs, and managing customer expectations from the initiation of a project through to product delivery. This includes developing cost estimates and pricing for complex projects, as well as partnering with the Sales team to present a compelling value proposition that emphasizes technical solutions. The Applications Engineer will also present CPC's expertise, capabilities, and products to customers and sales channel partners, ensuring that the solutions provided are optimal for the customer's applications. Additionally, the Applications Engineer will lead cross-functional teams to drive activities that align with customer needs, ensuring that all aspects of the project are coordinated effectively to meet customer expectations and timelines. This role is critical in fostering strong relationships with customers and ensuring that their specific needs are met with high-quality solutions that leverage CPC's innovative technologies.
