About the position

The Design Architect Manager at CES Consulting, LLC is responsible for overseeing and managing construction and renovation design programs across multiple buildings and locations. This role requires a strong understanding of design industry practices, digital tools, and compliance with building standards and codes. The manager will collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure adherence to design standards, budgets, and schedules while also developing strategic plans and procurement strategies.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage construction and renovation design programs across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with peers and agencies to develop and implement program design standards, scopes, budgets, and schedules.
• Formulate and establish standard design policies, processes, and procedures.
• Work with professional teams to develop strategic plans and master plans for implementation.
• Develop procurement acquisition strategies and various types of Request for Proposals (RFPs).
• Analyze data to develop clear arguments for planning and design-related decisions and communicate them effectively.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in planning, design, or engineering-related field.
• Seven (7) years of experience in the commercial or government building industry.
