About the position

We are seeking a talented Design Architect to assist in the creation of a new pool house in Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design and be able to provide detailed drawings based on existing plans. The project involves modifying the layout of the pool house, and the selected architect will need to accurately measure and draft the new design to meet the client's specifications. This role requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate ideas into functional and aesthetically pleasing designs. The architect will work closely with the client to ensure that all requirements are met and that the final design aligns with the client's vision.

Responsibilities

• Create detailed architectural drawings for the new pool house.
• Measure existing structures and layouts to inform design changes.
• Collaborate with the client to understand their vision and requirements.
• Modify existing plans to reflect the new layout of the pool house.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an architect or in a similar design role.
