About the position

CB Design Group is seeking a Design Architect with 3-5 years of experience to join their growing architectural firm focused on healthcare design for veterans. The role involves developing design concepts, creating 3D renderings, and collaborating with the design team to produce construction documents for various healthcare projects across the United States. This position offers a hybrid work environment, allowing for both in-office and remote work.

Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts, narratives, and 3D renderings to effectively convey design intent to clients.
• Collaborate with the design team to create construction documents for a variety of healthcare projects.
• Assist with specifications and product research as needed.
• Occasional travel to project locations may be required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's (BArch, MArch, or equivalent degree in Architecture) is required.
• Licensed or actively pursuing an architectural license.
• 3-5 years of experience working in an architecture firm.
• Effective communication skills are essential.
• Experience in healthcare projects is a plus.
• Self-motivated with strong attention to detail.
• Fluency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Familiarity with rendering programs such as Sketchup and Enscape is a plus.
• Must be a US citizen.
