About the position

Crawford Architects is seeking a Design Construction Manager to join their Honolulu office. This role involves assisting in various project phases, ensuring compliance with design standards, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders. The position promotes a creative and collaborative team culture, focusing on innovation and excellence in architectural practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the overall efforts of various project phases, including RFQ/P coordination and developer on-boarding.
• Review developer's architectural documents for contractual compliance with design standards.
• Ensure quality assurance for documentation of all phases in compliance with established QA/QC and Best Practice Standards.
• Communicate design intent and conduct product and code research for technical documents.
• Assist with programming and master planning efforts.
• Provide construction administration services and oversee project completion.
• Coordinate project information among clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Maintain relationships with stakeholders and the design and construction team.
• Create graphics and research information for marketing and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in architecture, engineering or related field from an accredited institution.
• 3-5 years of experience in architecture, project management, construction, or a related field.
• Strong technical skills in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Sustainability Requirements, including USGBC/LEED standards.
