Requirements

• Proven experience in relationship sales, preferably in a retail or design environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
• Experience in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems.
• Knowledge of home decor sales is highly desirable.
• Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight key features.
• A background in sales is a plus, showcasing your ability to meet or exceed targets.
