As a Design Consultant & Showroom Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our customer journey, delivering tailored design recommendations and promoting premium tile, stone, engineered wood, flooring, and countertop selections. In this role, you will engage with customers in Vista, CA to understand their design requirements and offer expert advice on selecting the perfect products for their projects. You will perform sales transactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the showroom. Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and product offerings will be essential to provide effective recommendations to clients. Additionally, you will collaborate with colleagues to improve the visual appeal of the showroom in Vista, CA, and assist in organizing and hosting events occasionally, potentially contributing to event planning efforts.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in Vista, CA to understand their design requirements and offer expert advice on selecting the perfect products for their projects.
- Perform sales transactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales in the showroom.
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends and product offerings to provide effective recommendations to clients.

Requirements
- Must have a proven track record in sales, with a preference for a background in design such as interior or architectural design.
- Strong interpersonal skills are essential, along with a customer-focused attitude.

- Excellent communication and organizational abilities are a must.

- Availability to work full-time, 5 days a week, with alternating Saturdays required.
