About the position

Renewal by Andersen is seeking top-level sales designers to join their fast-growing team. This role is not just about filling a position; it's about being a changemaker within the company. The In-Home Sales Designer will conduct presentations with homeowners interested in window replacement, utilizing industry-leading product samples and technology to close sales effectively. Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations with homeowners regarding their window replacement projects.
• Utilize tools, training, and sales methodology to connect with customers and offer replacement services.
• Leverage industry-leading product samples and technology to assist in closing sales.
• Manage up to 12 pre-qualified leads per week, confirmed by the call center.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong desire to succeed.
• Proven experience in closing high-ticket sales.
• Strong focus on exceeding customer expectations.
• Availability to run homeowner appointments at specified times during the week and on rotating Saturdays.
• Previous In-Home B2C sales experience preferred.
• One-call-close experience preferred.
• Experience in construction or construction sales is a plus but not required.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation are required.

• Experience in sales for at least 1 year is preferred.
