Mindful Care is seeking a talented and experienced Part-Time Designer/Copywriter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in traditional design, email templates, web design, social media, and copywriting. This role is crucial in creating eye-catching designs for traditional marketing collateral, developing compelling email templates, designing and maintaining our website, creating engaging social media graphics and content, and writing copy for various marketing materials. In this position, you will be responsible for collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute designs that align with our brand and marketing campaigns. You will work closely with the Social Media Manager to create engaging graphics and content that drive engagement and support our overall marketing goals. Additionally, you will manage relationships with printers and vendors to ensure that all materials are produced to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities

  • Create eye-catching designs for traditional marketing collateral such as postcards, brochures, and flyers
  • Develop compelling email templates that align with our brand and marketing campaigns
  • Design and maintain branding on our website, ensuring that it is both visually appealing and user-friendly
  • Work with Social Media Manager to create engaging social media graphics and content that drive engagement and support our overall marketing goals
  • Write copy for marketing materials, including email campaigns, social media posts, and website content
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and execute designs
  • Work with printers and vendors to ensure that all materials are produced to the highest quality standards
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design and marketing

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design, marketing, and copywriting
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and InDesign
  • Experience with HTML and CSS for email templates and web design
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and design and copywriting best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Must have a portfolio of relevant work to showcase design and copywriting skills
