About the position

The Leader will have extensive design consultant experience working as a team member and as the group leader of a design department. He will schedule and coordinate Designers and provide quality control of the design group's deliverables. This position requires at least 10 (preferably more) years of hands-on design and design team management, with extensive AutoCAD experience. AutoCAD 3D and Revit BIM experience is a plus. Although an engineering degree is not required, the position is open to engineers too.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Designers within the design department.
• Provide quality control of the design group's deliverables.
• Lead the design team and manage design projects effectively.
• Ensure adherence to design standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to meet project requirements.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of hands-on design experience.
• Experience in design team management.
• Extensive experience with AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with AutoCAD 3D and Revit BIM is a plus.
• Customer service experience preferred.
