About The Position
The Design Engineering Manager at HTI Cybernetics® is responsible for leading the Mechanical Design department, overseeing a team of approximately 10 employees. This role involves managing staff, ensuring quality and timeliness of work, and coordinating mechanical design activities for various ergonomic and automated assembly tools. The manager will work closely with other departments to ensure successful project execution from inception to customer acceptance.
