Responsibilities

• Lead design projects and act as a creative leader for the team.
• Engage in strategic involvement to win projects and encourage repeat business.
• Develop workplace design strategies from discovery through design.
• Conduct design conversations with clients and guide them through the workplace experience development journey.
• Establish design concepts and parameters in collaboration with clients.
• Create conceptual designs using graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals.
• Work with Project Managers to prepare preliminary cost estimates.
• Ensure human and business objectives are captured in the design with the workplace strategic team.
• Oversee project team's deliverables and maintain trust with clients and stakeholders.
• Provide oversight and detailing guidance for construction documentation and methodology.
• Mentor and coach junior designers to enhance teamwork and skill-building.
• Support firm-wide cross-learning and assist in interviewing and selecting new hires.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in architecture and interior design.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and clients.
