About the position

The Design Production Manager will oversee the pre-development process for multifamily projects, acting as a liaison between construction, development, and external consultants. This role is crucial for ensuring project schedules, zoning, entitlements, and permitting are managed effectively to maintain timely progress. The manager will facilitate design coordination and collaborate on budgeting and cost control, while also implementing best practices across projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage the pre-development process and act as liaison between construction, development, and external consultants.
• Oversee project schedules, zoning, entitlements, and permitting to ensure timely progress.
• Facilitate design coordination, including document reviews, adherence to standards, and tracking deliverables.
• Collaborate on budgeting, scope, and cost control with estimating and QA teams for each project phase.
• Conduct site visits, coordinate lessons learned, and implement best practices across projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project and people management experience.
• Experience designing high-end multifamily projects.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, construction management, or civil engineering.
