About the position
As a Sales Consultant at Closet Factory, you will design custom organizational solutions for various spaces, including closets, home offices, and garages. This role emphasizes understanding client needs and providing tailored solutions, with a focus on creativity and innovation. You will work from home with a flexible schedule, receiving pre-set qualified leads while also being encouraged to generate your own leads for additional compensation.
Responsibilities
- Design custom closets, home offices, garages, and other organizational solutions.
- Network and generate new designer-created leads.
- Maintain client notes and follow-up in Salesforce.
- Take accurate measurements of spaces and create functional designs.
- Manage client relationships from initial appointment to installation.
Requirements
- Previous sales experience is required.
- Efficient computer skills are necessary.
- Strong time management skills are essential.
- A high school diploma or GED is required.
- Reliable transportation is needed.
- A working PC laptop is required (Apple laptops are not compatible with our systems).
