As a Sales Consultant at Closet Factory of South Carolina, you will play a pivotal role in designing custom storage solutions for clients, including closets, home offices, garages, entertainment centers, and pantries. Your primary responsibility will be to understand the unique organizational, aesthetic, and budgetary needs of each client and provide tailored solutions that meet those needs. The company will supply you with pre-set qualified leads, allowing you to work within a self-determined schedule. However, self-generated leads are highly encouraged and will be rewarded with higher compensation. To excel in this position, you must possess a strong selling philosophy, as great sellers focus on listening to their clients, understanding their needs, and connecting their problems to meaningful solutions. Creativity and innovation are essential traits for success in this role, along with dedication and discipline. Closet Factory offers a comprehensive, paid training program that includes ongoing training to keep you updated on the latest design innovations and industry advancements. Compensation for this position is commission-based, with an additional sales incentive of up to $2000 monthly. Starting on October 16, 2023, you will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program covering sales processes, design software, product knowledge, and more. New Designers will receive compensation during their initial training, followed by ongoing training over a six-month period.
